Read and set parameters from the connected data source.

The panel supports the following data source connections:

Foxglove WebSocket	Recommended for ROS 1 and ROS 2 (with foxglove_bridge) and for custom data sources
ROS 1	Native connection
Rosbridge	View current ROS 1 and ROS 2 rosparams
